By using MyGrain you agree to these terms. Use of the app distributed through the App Store is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
The service
MyGrain is a personal migraine diary: it lets you record episodes, treatments and habits and view statistics and recommendations derived from your own data. The app is provided "as is", and features may change over time.
Not medical advice
The information provided by MyGrain — including statistics and recommendations — is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in this app.
Subscriptions
MyGrain is free to use. Optional Premium features are available via auto-renewing subscription: My Grain Premium Monthly ($2.99/month) or My Grain Premium Annual ($29.99/year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.
Your content
The data you record belongs to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and you may delete it at any time as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including decisions made on the basis of the information it displays.
